If your husband’s strength is humor, I tell ya, he’s a keeper!
A tip for you pregnant mamas…just don’t tell your husband / partner this came from me! Haha!
ME: Babe, you can’t be mad at me. You can’t fight me. Cause if you want a happy baby, I cannot be stressed.
Then…I went on…
ME: Oh and you also can’t do that while I’m breastfeeding. Cause stress can lower my milk supply. So that’s about 2-3 years. (EDIT: I just learned some babies wean between 4-7 years old, so that’s even longer, hahaha!)
HUSBAND: Mukhang kailangan ko na rin nung relaxation breathing exercises mo. (It looks like I need to start practicing your relaxtion breathing exercises, too!)
Okay babe, we better start now! HAHAHA!
- I do relaxation breathing exercises as part of my preparation for my goal of a normal, natural birth. I mostly practice the breathing taught in Hypnobirthing and mix it with other kinds of breathing I learn to see which one works best for me!
